**Key Responsibilities**
**Facilities Operations & Maintenance**
- Daily floor walks: log, triage and resolve reactive issues via our IT system.
- Carry out light maintenance (basic carpentry/plumbing/electrical within competence), BMS/HVAC checks, and coordinate building/landlord teams.
- Plan and track PPM; maintain accurate service records, certificates, and compliance logs.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors; obtain quotes; manage vendor onboarding/renewals.
- Support space planning, team moves, desk booking via IT system, AV/IT liaison, and events (room setups/clear-down).
- Oversee FOH-linked services (stock/inventory, deliveries, hygiene, lockers) and maintain presentation standards.
**Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to UK H&S legislation and site policies, support audits and inspections.
- Maintain records for fire systems, emergency lighting, EICR/PAT, water hygiene/Legionella and HVAC.
- Lead DSE tracking, PEEPs coordination, first aid/defib upkeep and weekly life-safety checks.
- Report and escalate security/H&S defects appropriately.
**Reporting & Stakeholder Management**
- Provide regular updates and input to QBRs; coach/coordinate with UK/EU facility reps; act as deputy for the Operations Manager in their absence.
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in corporate facilities coordination/building maintenance, including contractor and vendor management.
- Practical, hands‑on mindset with solid troubleshooting capability; strong organisation, prioritisation, and communication.
- Comfortable balancing in‑house fixes vs. outsourcing with cost/safety awareness.
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word; familiarity with ticketing and booking systems advantageous.
- Desirable technical exposure: MEP, HVAC, plumbing, BMS.
**Qualifications**
- Essential: IOSH Managing Safely. Corporate FM experience; hands‑on maintenance skills; strong organisation & communication.
- Desirable: NEBOSH General; City & Guilds (Electrical/Plumbing/Carpentry/Building Services); 18th Edition; F‑Gas; Legionella Awareness/Responsible Person; Fire Marshal/Warden; First Aid at Work.

Occasional travel to other UK sites.
