- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage.
- A client-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial scenarios.
- Fully open to regular business travel to the Bahamas.
