## Aufgaben

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn by doing and take responsibility early on. You’ll work closely with the two founders and support the business across a broad range of topics.

Your tasks will include a variety of hands-on activities, such as:

* Business Development & Sales
* Research and qualify potential customers and partners
* Support sales outreach and customer interactions
* Help improve sales materials and processes


* Customer Support
* Support customers via email and other channels
* Help identify recurring issues and improve the customer experience
* Translate customer feedback into actionable insights


* Product & Marketing
* Support product testing and feedback collection
* Assist with marketing content and campaigns
* Analyze results and help optimize messaging and positioning



Depending on your interests and strengths, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects.

## Qualifikation

* Enrolled Master’s student
* Fluent in French and English (required)
* Italian and/or German are a strong plus
* Hands-on mindset and willingness to take responsibility
* Structured, reliable, and comfortable working independentlyInterest in startups, technology, or sustainability is a plus
